In a conversation on Marketing - The Podcast, Dihego Pansini shares his personal and family perspectives upon turning 40. The economist reflects on seeking balance and committing to make a positive impact on people's lives.
Economist Dihego Pansini discussed his personal journey, values, and perspective on relationships in a conversation with Bruno Gimenes on Marketing - The Podcast. Opening the dialogue—in an episode that also covers strategy, ESG, and corporate reputation—Pansini highlighted the importance of seeing the person behind professional accomplishments.
In the video above, Pansini reflects on turning 40 and how maturity has shaped his daily perspective. Married and a father of two, he emphasizes that this stage in life allows him to face challenges with renewed energy and ease.
A sense of service and positive impact
Analyzing the social role of work and human relationships, Pansini drew a parallel with the natural ecosystem. For him, life finds meaning in contributing to the collective good: "I think it's curious, if we look at nature's ecosystem—I don't know if you've noticed or thought about this—things are usually in service of something or someone, right?"
Pansini emphasizes that this principle should guide both close relationships and day-to-day work. "When you work, do it with excellence, right? When taking care of your personal life, do it with excellence, great generosity, and enjoy the beauty of life," he points out.
