5K course and a brewing connection
The event is scheduled for December 13 and will feature a 5K course. The race will take place in the Hauer neighborhood, around the traditional Bode Brown brewery.
The venue choice is no coincidence: the Curitiba-based brand has a longstanding partnership with the British band and developed, alongside lead singer Bruce Dickinson, the Trooper Brasil IPA beer, a beloved brew among rock and craft beer enthusiasts.
Heavy metal on stage and on the pavement
For fans looking to combine their passion for music with running workouts, the schedule in Paraná's capital promises to be packed. Before lacing up their running shoes in December, fans can catch Iron Maiden live on October 28 at Arena da Baixada during the band's 50th-anniversary tour.
The race announcement was highlighted in the news roundup on Radar Stemma (Ep. 78), a weekly show covering top endurance and road running news.
