Olympikus and Alexandre Herchcovitch Debut Corre Line at SPFW
An exclusive collaboration brings stylized versions of the Corre 5 and Corre Trilha 3, merging design and performance on the runway.
Olympikus fused athletic performance and high fashion at São Paulo Fashion Week by unveiling limited editions of the Corre 5 and Corre Trilha 3 designed by Alexandre Herchcovitch. The models feature exclusive patterns while maintaining the brand's technical specifications for road and trail running.
The intersection of athletic performance and high fashion took center stage on the São Paulo Fashion Week (SPFW) runway. Olympikus introduced a special collaboration with designer Alexandre Herchcovitch, delivering exclusive visual redesigns for two of its flagship running shoes: the Corre 5 and the Corre Trilha 3.
Bold colors and prints on the runway
The collaborative collection features four limited-edition versions crafted with Herchcovitch's signature aesthetic. For the Corre 5, a road-running model, the designer opted for two colorways blending shades of orange, light pink, and light blue. Meanwhile, the Corre Trilha 3, engineered for rugged terrain, received two iterations boasting bold graphics that combine gingham patterns with camouflage.
Despite the heightened aesthetic focus for São Paulo Fashion Week, Olympikus emphasized that the shoes strictly preserve the original cushioning, traction, and support technologies of each model. The limited-edition pairs are available on the brand's official online store for R$ 799.99 each.
History of collaborations
The partnership between Herchcovitch and Olympikus is not unprecedented in Brazil's sports landscape. Prior to establishing the Corre lineup, the brand developed conceptual projects with the designer around 2018 and 2019. At the time, Herchcovitch created monochrome reinterpretations of the Pride silhouette—in all-black, white, neon yellow, blue, and red—alongside apparel such as World Cup-themed jackets.
