Impact of NR1 and Focus on Mental Health

Recent updates to workplace regulatory standards have prompted organizations to look beyond physical safety. Corporate demand increasingly focuses on initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and support employee mental health.

Galbinski emphasizes the connection between compliance and immersive escape rooms: "NR1 comes into effect soon—around May 26th—and it requires companies to care not only about their employees' physical safety to prevent accidents, but also about their mental health." She notes that in-person experiences help alleviate accumulated stress and restore team bonds weakened by remote work and isolation.

Content Strategy and Search Engine Optimization

To capture this corporate demand, the company built dedicated B2B acquisition channels, including a corporate blog and targeted technical optimization for traditional search engines and AI assistants.

The CMO notes that search behavior differs significantly across customer segments: "Today, we focus on AI SEO. We analyze how ChatGPT, Copilot, and Google surface our brand." While retail consumers look for local leisure activities, corporate clients search for structured HR and team development tools.

Recruitment and Team Building in Practice

Using escape rooms in professional settings serves diverse goals, from talent acquisition to cross-functional alignment. The immersive challenges place participants in collaborative problem-solving scenarios under strict time constraints.

According to Galbinski, the methodology is applied internally as well as for corporate clients: "We recruit our own team members inside escape rooms. We also run team-building sessions, conduct briefings, observe the teams in action, and have them create an actionable improvement plan afterward."

Mobile Units and Event Brand Activations

In addition to its brick-and-mortar locations, the company developed mobile units to bring escape room experiences directly to trade shows, conventions, and corporate headquarters, tailoring themed storylines to client communication goals.

Galbinski highlighted a student-focused event developed in partnership with Bradesco that turned institutional messaging into an interactive challenge: "We hosted an escape game with two-hour queues, leaving attendees with the clear message that Bradesco was there to support their higher education." The activation allowed the financial institution to present student loan solutions directly to a younger audience.
