Impact Metrics and Corporate Engagements

Results delivered across corporate projects include R$ 30 million in ROI generated from a single contract, alongside executive satisfaction scores averaging above +88 NPS and a 95% CSAT. The direct financial impact across participating startups has established strong recurring revenue streams throughout the ecosystem.

"Startups usually start with us with nothing, and in most cases, they now generate over 300 million reais per year and employ more than 1,000 people—jobs that didn't exist before," Silveira stated, describing job creation and long-term business sustainability.

Methodological Adaptation and Long-Term Vision

The acceleration model was born out of the need to adapt open innovation frameworks to Brazil's economic reality. The initial corporate engagement format was developed from Silveira's master's thesis on applying agile methodologies within large enterprises, securing its first corporate contract on the day of his academic defense.

"I believe much of this comes from the adaptations and new methodologies we built over time, understanding that Silicon Valley is one thing, and Brazil or inland São Paulo is another," Silveira explained, emphasizing the customization of operational workflows managed internally by the operations team led by Karina.

Looking ahead, the accelerator has set a long-term goal for physical and international expansion. "We want to establish this Bluefields innovation ecosystem across 10 cities—a global ecosystem with five in Brazil and five abroad by 2040," Silveira noted regarding their 14-and-a-half-year roadmap.
