Cleusa Uenaka Shares Daily Routine and Family-Run Team
With over 1 million followers, the creator adjusted priorities and built a digital operation with her children and grandchildren.
After reaching the 1-million-follower milestone, Cleusa Uenaka established a true family-run business to manage her content creation. Between morning workouts and shifting household responsibilities, she explains how she organizes her daily life alongside her son and grandchildren.
Reaching the 1-million-follower mark on social media turns any daily routine into a high-demand operation. On the podcast Se Liga Nelas, by Stemma Sports, Cleusa Uenaka shared how she balances daily training, business calls, and family life without losing control of her personal schedule.
Morning Priorities and Daily Schedule
The key to Cleusa's organization is establishing clear boundaries first thing in the morning. She explains that she puts herself first during the early hours: she wakes up, reads, completes her running workouts, and films videos scheduled for publishing.
Only after 10 a.m. does she open up her schedule to external demands. During this second window of the day, Cleusa answers phone calls from clients, manages commercial commitments, and responds to the high volume of incoming messages across social channels.
The new professional dynamic also required restructuring at home. With her schedule packed with shoots and commitments, domestic chores were redistributed. Her husband, who initially thought her social media success would be temporary, took over cooking meals, doing the dishes, and keeping the home organized, while Cleusa handles grocery shopping.
A True Family Agency
To sustain her digital growth, Cleusa formed a business partnership with her youngest son. He already brought twelve years of tech experience and spent eight months at a marketing agency to deepen his practical knowledge before dedicating himself full-time to managing his mother's career.
Today, the operation runs as a structured team. The crew includes her eldest grandson, Nathan, her granddaughter Sofia (one of the twins), and her business partner's son working on video editing. Her daughter-in-law also actively participates in daily filming sessions and joins her on running workouts, establishing a solid support network that keeps production running at a steady pace.
