The extreme experience at the Quebec Mega Trail

Among the most defining milestones in her recent trail running journey is completing the Quebec Mega Trail in Canada. The race featured a technical 139 km course with approximately 6,000 meters of cumulative elevation gain, characterized by rugged sections with rocks, roots, and dense pine forests.

Beyond the natural physical toll of two sleepless nights, the race brought unforgettable moments: from the unexpected sight of the northern lights during the early morning hours to the mental challenge of coping with hallucinations and sheer exhaustion at kilometer 100. Bruna emphasizes that her focus in ultramarathons isn't about the clock or competing for podium spots, but rather about fully experiencing every stage of the journey to the finish line.

From corporate engineering to full-time creator

Before dedicating herself fully to communication and sports, Bruna worked in the metallurgical industry and her family's business, with a background in engineering and a postgraduate degree in business management. The transition to the digital space happened gradually, driven by the mounting demands on her time between the corporate environment and emerging brand partnerships.

The background gained from engineering—with rigorous planning of workloads, processes, and organization—transferred directly into managing her current career. Today, in addition to leading the Team Bru community and her YouTube and Instagram channels, the athlete balances audiovisual production, speaking engagements, event appearances, and high-volume training routines.

Responsibility and purpose in digital communication

For Bruna, digital influence carries a strict ethical duty. She stresses the importance of turning down commercial offers that do not align with her values—such as betting platforms or unverified products—prioritizing authentic partnerships and brands she genuinely uses in her daily athletic life.

With a broad audience that spans from walking beginners to individuals recovering from serious health conditions, her content aims to convey consistency and balance. The primary goal is to use sports as a tool for personal transformation, keeping the focus on the process and daily perseverance rather than blindly chasing unattainable goals.
