Architectural Integration and Innovation
One of the biggest challenges of the construction is the integration between the internal and external areas, allowing the public to visually interact with the studio. The project was designed so that the recording environment can function together with the external area, through strategic glass panels. This connection approach is considered unprecedented in Brazil for this type of studio.
Areas Nearing Completion
Construction of the BocaTV studio is progressing, with some areas already in the final finishing stages. The cafe area, for example, is close to completion, with stone installation, carpentry panels, and the ceiling already closed. Only painting, final stone work, and furniture installation remain. The dressing rooms are also nearly finished, with carpentry and flooring installed, awaiting final painting and ceiling closure.
Technical Details and Security
To ensure both security and functionality, the studio incorporates advanced technical solutions. The glass panels facing Faria Lima are bulletproof, offering essential protection. Internally, the floor is floating, designed to eliminate vibrations and ensure stability. The ceiling, in turn, features acoustic treatment, optimizing sound quality for productions. Furthermore, the internal area is being prepared to receive an audience, with bleachers that will allow public interaction with what happens in the studio, with the glass facade acting as a true showcase.
