Preparations at the BocaTV facilities reveal details of the integrated newsroom, control room, and main studio. The space was designed to host the morning broadcast of the newscast Boca News.
Technical and operational preparations for the launch of BocaTV have advanced with the setup of the channel's primary production and broadcast areas. The physical facility integrates departments ranging from dressing rooms to the newsroom and live recording studios.
The workspace features a shared newsroom for writers and the production crew, as well as a dedicated area for chroma key recording—a green screen technique used to insert virtual sets and broadcast graphics.
The technical infrastructure also includes the control room (switcher), responsible for camera switching, video mixing, and coordinating real-time feedback monitors. Equipment installation is taking place alongside the completion of the main studio.
The main studio set already features a fixed anchor desk, a lighting grid, and a large video display wall. The space will be used by the anchors to host Boca News, a morning show scheduled to air starting at 7 a.m.
