Led by Rodrigo Bocardi and Mariano Boni, the project features a glass street studio on Faria Lima and a roster of 35 hosts.
BocaTV has unveiled its new phase featuring continuous programming and 12 daily hours of live broadcasts starting November 3. Streaming directly from a glass studio on Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue in São Paulo, the project brings together 35 hosts across a diverse lineup focused on lifestyle and public utility services.
BocaTV officially introduced its next phase with the launch of a live digital programming schedule, set to premiere on November 3. The operation will feature 12 hours of original, real-time daily programming from Monday through Friday, alongside continuous 24/7 digital streaming. The announcement was led by journalist Rodrigo Bocardi, alongside General Director Mariano Boni and Commercial Superintendent Guilherme Castanho.
Glass Studio on Faria Lima
The physical headquarters for the broadcasts was installed on the ground floor at the intersection of Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue and the Largo da Batata area in São Paulo. Inspired by international panoramic street-studio models, the glass-walled venue combines acoustic insulation with visual integration into pedestrian traffic. The location will also feature outdoor speakers aimed at the street during live broadcasts, in compliance with local municipal noise regulations.
During the presentation, Bocardi explained that the infrastructure required dedicated urban improvements in the immediate area, including investments in underground wiring and pole removal, involving an estimated fee of R$ 780,000 paid to the electric utility company to clear the public sidewalk.
Variety Lineup and New Hosts
The lineup will feature 35 hosts selected from a screening process that drew over 5,000 applicants nationwide. The public participated in the final selection through social media voting. The schedule was organized into themed segments spanning health, sports, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, culinary arts, and the automotive sector.
Daily broadcasts will kick off at 7:00 AM with Boca News, a two-hour morning newscast focusing on the day's top stories and digital buzz. At 9:00 AM, Boca Fit takes the air to cover fitness and wellness, followed by Boca Pet at 10:00 AM. Journalist Rodrigo Bocardi hosts Meia Boca starting at 11:00 AM, a daily show focused on community services, civic complaints, and urban solutions.
The afternoon block continues with A Hora da Fome at noon, the makeup and personal care show Boca Beauty at 1:00 PM, and Inventando Moda at 2:00 PM. At 3:00 PM, Boca Gastro showcases recipe preparation straight from restaurant kitchens across the country. At 4:00 PM, sports debate takes over on Na Boca do Gol, featuring five commentators representing São Paulo clubs, followed by Deu Match at 5:00 PM and Boca Motors at 6:00 PM. Primetime wraps up with the interview and debate show Pod Todos at 7:00 PM.
Transparency Model and Regional Demands
BocaTV's operational model incorporates civic complaints submitted via video messages across social networks and regional channels. For municipal governments or public agencies purchasing institutional media spots on the channel, management established a contractual rule preventing the suppression of community complaints. In these cases, public authorities receive the report three to four days in advance to submit their video response, which airs alongside the residents' grievance.
In addition to its YouTube channel, the broadcast signal will be available on connected TV apps and FAST TV platforms, alongside short-form clips and specialized content across the outlet's regional channels.
