Construction of the BocaTV headquarters on Avenida Faria Lima in São Paulo has advanced to its final finishing stages. The facility features a street-integrated studio, with current work focused on grid installation and technical panels.
Construction on the BocaTV headquarters, located on Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima in São Paulo, has advanced into the final phase of finishing and structural assembly. On-site progress includes painting, ceiling lining installation, and interior facility adjustments.
The area farthest along in the schedule is Studio 1. The technical team in charge of construction is finalizing the ceiling grid structure, with the installation of display panels, TV monitors, technical lighting, and the final coat of paint scheduled for the coming days.
One of the key architectural highlights of Studio 1 is its direct visual connection with the sidewalk and pedestrian traffic along Avenida Faria Lima. The concept aims to bring content production closer to the public walking along one of São Paulo's premier financial and commercial corridors.
The project's execution involves specialized contractors and technical teams, including Spark, to prepare the infrastructure for continuous operation of BocaTV's digital broadcast schedule.
