Agency trajectory and new business leadership

Her journey began as an intern at África, rotating through departments at DM9 before establishing herself in account management. Pavani spent 11 years at Publicis and worked at W3 before taking a career break to support her father during a hospital stay. Later, she joined Frati, where she has completed a year and a half, starting in operations before taking charge of new business leadership.

Regarding corporate mindset, Pavani reinforces the value of wholehearted dedication to projects: "I truly commit wherever I am, embracing the place because I only go to places I believe in, allowing me to dive deep into what I do." She also highlights the agency's empathetic, human-centric culture, alongside her participation as a juror for the Effie Awards, hosted by Meio & Mensagem, an account within Frati's client portfolio.
